We use kiwi based suppliers that source some of the best fresh produce and meats that New Zealand has to offer. Sustainability is a high priority at Scratch Bakers, and as a result we use paper based packaging for all of our catering food deliveries and minimize food wastage in the kitchen by planning in advance.
